When does it launch?
October 2026. The first production run is being manufactured now and lands in October. It's a limited run, and the early access list gets the drop before anyone else — plus launch pricing.
We're building the whole thing in public on YouTube, so you can watch it happen rather than take our word for it.
Asked a lot
Why do the products say “Sold out”?
Because they haven't dropped yet — not because you missed them. The product pages are live so you can see exactly what's coming, but nothing can be bought until units are physically in hand in October.
We'd rather show you a disabled button than take your money for something sitting on a boat. Get on the early access list and you'll be first in line when it flips live.
Can I pre-order?
No — on purpose. We're not taking a cent until the product is real, boxed, and ready to ship. Plenty of brands would happily hold your money for three months. We'd rather earn the order when we can actually fulfill it.
Joining the early access list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
How much will it cost?
Final pricing is locked at launch. The prices shown on product pages are our working numbers and could shift slightly once manufacturing and shipping costs are final — we'll publish the real number before anything goes on sale, and the early access list hears it first.
How does the topper system work?
The base unit is a rechargeable LED light with a magnetic snap-in connection. Toppers click in and lock securely. You can swap them in seconds — no tools, no hassle. One base works with every topper we ever make.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere. Car dashboard (suction cup mount included), porch railing, bar top, desk, nightstand, garage shelf, boat dock, tailgate table. If there's a flat or glass surface, Lit Mods can go there.
Is it weatherproof?
The PIL is built for real-world use — including outdoor conditions. Full weatherproofing specs will be confirmed at launch. We're not building something fragile.
Does it have an anti-theft feature?
Yes — the base includes a patented anti-theft device. Designed specifically for car use where theft is a real concern.
How long does the battery last?
Full battery specs will be published at launch. We're engineering for all-night performance at tailgates and events — not just a couple of hours.
Will there be licensed toppers (NFL, NCAA, military, etc.)?
That's the plan. We're actively pursuing licensing partnerships across sports, military branches, and more. Join the early access list and follow along — we'll announce partnerships as they're confirmed, not before.
Can I get a custom topper with my own logo?
Yes — custom toppers are part of the plan for businesses, teams, and one-off personal designs. Custom orders open after the first production run ships. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll come back to you when it's live.
